Welcome to our Internet services page. We offer support for Windows 98, ME, XP & Vista.
For Windows ME & 98 there is a limited support that we can do, because Microsoft has
discontinued these products. If you would like a new or used computer please contact
our office for pricing. We offer DSL as long as you have SBC/AT&T as your local phone
provider. Dialup doesn't matter on your phone provider and we have a big list of dialup
numbers besides just Zanesville, Ohio. If you are going on vacation and there is no
Wireless in your hotel and they offer no charge on local calls we can find a dialup
number local to you. If you are vacationing with family and they have a phone line
and you would like to see if we have a local number to dialup into call us.

Information Link above. If you have DSL click on the DSL Support link above. We have a
list of email programs on our support section that will guide you through the setup
process. The Standard email programs are Microsofts Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007,
Outlook Express & Windows Mail 6.0 for Windows Vista. Other Email Programs would be
availible but some have been discontinued. The following have been discontinued -
Netscape has been discontinued & Eudora support will be discontinued this year. Three other
email programs are Mozilla Thunderbird, Opera and IncrediMail. If you need further assistance please call
us for a recommendation on a program to use for Email or Web Browsing. A recommendation
on a Web Browser that we use is Mozilla Firefox and your standard EMail Program that
comes with your Windows System Outlook Express or purchase the Micorosft Office software
and use Microsoft Outlook.
